I have to tell you that of all the things that I can be called, I really have decided that I like buddy the least. I know in the movie Elf that was a great moniker to have but for me….not so much. I think that it is the least of the benign terms that you can use for someone. I hope and pray that I have become your friend and that we have relationship but being your buddy is not one of the things that I aspire to do.
Buddy might be a great name for a dog as well but from my perspective it is a term not of endearment but one of distance instead of closeness. I know I shouldn’t get up on a soap box and I understand that people pick up different things that they use to interact with others. For me I really prefer any of these …
